Getting Started
How do I create a community?
Click 'Create my Community' on the home page. You'll need to sign up or log in first. Then follow the steps to name your community, set pricing, and configure payment settings.
What is a community slug?
A slug is the unique URL for your community (e.g., cader.com/my-community). It must be unique and cannot be changed once your community has members.
Can I offer free communities?
Yes! You can create free communities with no membership fees. You can also set up paid communities with monthly or one-time payments.
Payments & Billing
How do members pay to join?
Members can pay via CCP by uploading their payment receipt, which the educator reviews and approves.
When do I get paid?
Payments go directly to you — members pay you via CCP and you approve access once you confirm the payment. No middleman.
Is there a platform fee?
Cader charges a platform subscription of 2,000 DZD/month when your community reaches 10 members. This helps us maintain and improve the platform.
Membership & Access
How do members join my community?
Share your community link with potential members. They can join by clicking the link and following the signup process. Free communities allow immediate access; paid communities require payment.
Can I restrict access to specific content?
All classrooms are accessible to all active members of your community.
What is the level system?
Members earn points by posting, commenting, receiving upvotes, and completing lessons. Points unlock higher levels (L1-L5) and can grant access to exclusive content.
Troubleshooting
My payment isn't working
Make sure your community has valid pricing set and your CCP account details are configured in community settings.
I can't access a paid classroom
Make sure you're an active member of the community. If you've already paid and still can't access content, try refreshing the page.
